The quickest way

Speak to someone in Fort Myers

239-482-3040

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Closed for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing callers reach the same desk through Florida Relay: dial 711 and ask for 239‑482‑3040.

Due to liability reasons, our website does not allow quote requests, nor allows policy changes via the agency’s website. Talking to a real person beats chatting with an online bot.

Whatever you need — a question about a policy you already have, a quote for something new, a certificate, or a change to your coverage — it is one conversation with someone in the Fort Myers office, not a queue.

If you would rather put it in writing

  • Fax 239-482-8366
  • Post, or in person 8931 Conference Dr, Suite 4, Fort Myers, FL 33919

Please do not send policy numbers, dates of birth, driver licence numbers or bank details by fax without calling first. If we need any of that, we will ask you for it on the telephone.

Before you call

Things that make the conversation faster

For a review, have your current declarations page to hand

It is the summary page at the front of your policy listing coverages, limits and deductibles. It tells us in thirty seconds what a questionnaire takes ten minutes to get at, and it lets us compare like for like.

For a home review, we will ask about the roof

Age, material and the date of the last replacement, plus whether you have a current wind mitigation report. These are the questions that decide your options in this market.

For a claim, call rather than write

Claims move faster on the phone, and there are usually time-sensitive steps to take on day one. Photograph and document the damage before you clear anything away. Your carrier’s claims contact is on our Customers page.

For a certificate of insurance, send the requirements

If a general contractor or landlord has sent you insurance requirements, forward the whole section rather than a summary. We would much rather read the clause than reconstruct it.
